Mindfulness training programs in the workplace have the potential to impact the three levels of organizational structure; individual, group and organizational, all of which can serve to create positive organizational cultures. This session will provide participants with the latest research findings on how mindfulness impacts each level of the organization and the connection between potential structural changes and organizational culture. The session will also feature mindfulness meditation practices that impact the individual on cognitive, physiological, and emotional levels.
