Let’s bring mindfulness and social-emotional learning to our families for greater acceptance, compassion, focus and peace.
Parents and those who serve parents will learn and practice these innovative and creative mindful moments. Distraction, anxiety, and time limitations are some of the primary challenges parents and teachers face in reaching children and youth today. As parents, our job has never been more complicated or challenging. Our growth-mindset is critical in these changing times with an awareness lit with love and acceptance. Deb Taylor’s focus on evidence-based activities supports healthier, safer, and more mindful communities through The MYndful Movement Program.
The MYndful Movement Program resources allow parents and children to practice alongside each other, creating fun and relatable moments with sensory awareness activities, emotional literacy games, creative expression, drumming exercises, movement sequences, breath-work, and more.
