The time-tested Inward Bound Mindfulness Education (iBme) retreat incorporates mindfulness meditation, compassion practices, mindful movement and sports, creative workshops, and group discussions to create a unique and rich retreat experience. Andrea Poile, the Outreach Coordinator for iBme, and Stephen Chadwick of Mindfulness Everyday will present information and research on the transformation retreat model.
