During this session, Jaisa will briefly share her healing journey and how her personal practice has helped her to cope with chronic pain & chronic unworthiness. She’ll guide us through a practice medley combining mindfulness, self-compassion and medical qigong. This will be followed by a facilitated discussion on:
– How mindfulness helps us to observe & accept our experiences;
– How self-compassion helps us to embrace the observer of our experiences;
– How medical qigong helps us to affect change upon our experiences.
With these ways of being and doing we practise becoming more and more of who we really are.
