Amy will lead an experiential session on the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music that introduces the method’s foundations and invites participants to experience a guided imagery listening exercise. The presentation blends a clear overview of the approach, with a calm, hands‑on listening and art segment and a brief reflective discussion to explore the potential of guided imagery.

Please have paper and coloured pencils as well as a comfortable place to engage in this session.
