Community Meetings
We meet in person 9 times a year to practice and to share wisdom. The community meetings are held in downtown Toronto or online, each led by a different member of the group, or a guest speaker, on different topics related to mindfulness.
Social Network Platform
We have a members-only social networking website where members can post and view events, create a blog, join our discussions and contact other members.
Interest Groups
There are Special Interest Groups available on this social network platform. Any member may start a Special Interest Group.
Monthly Newsletter
A monthly newsletter including resources for professional development and events will be included with the membership.
